The W200PG is an industrial-grade wrist-worn device that combines 4G Cat.1 cellular connectivity, multi-source positioning, and health sensor monitoring in a 49-gram IP67-sealed body. It is available now as part of CUMOND's W200 Series, with regional IoT SIM options for deployments outside mainland China.
The W200PG is one of six variants in the W200 Series. It is the 4G Cat.1 model — meaning it supports voice calls and cellular data on mainstream LTE bands, with a Nano SIM pre-installed. It sits alongside sister models that run LoRa, LoRaWAN, or UWB for customers who need private-network or ultra-precise indoor positioning instead.
The defining characteristic of the W200PG is that it does several things at once: it tracks outdoor location via GPS and BeiDou, it can scan BLE beacons indoors for room-level positioning, and it monitors a set of physiological metrics from the wrist. Most devices in this category pick two of the three. The W200PG attempts all of them in a single housing.

CUMOND positions the W200PG primarily for four application scenarios:
Lone-worker monitoring. In chemical plants, utility tunnels, and remote pumping stations, a worker who falls or loses consciousness cannot press an SOS button. The W200PG uses accelerometer-based fall detection combined with heart rate and posture data to automatically trigger an alert with GPS coordinates when an anomaly is detected.
Construction and mining. Helmet-free wearable tracking removes the compliance gap created when workers remove hard hats during breaks. At 49 grams and IP67-rated, the device is designed to stay on the wrist for full shifts, including in wet or dusty conditions.
Elderly care and healthcare. The combination of outdoor GPS/BDS tracking and indoor BLE beacon positioning supports both wandering prevention in care facilities and community-based elderly monitoring. Health sensors provide trend data that caregivers can use for early intervention — though CUMOND notes explicitly that the sensors are not medical-grade.
Logistics and fleet management. For warehouse personnel and delivery fleets, the 4G Cat.1 link provides voice communication without a separate radio, while multi-mode positioning tracks workers across indoor and outdoor zones.
The W200PG is supported by a cloud platform, Android and iOS apps, and a WeChat mini-program — all free, with no per-device SaaS subscription. The platform supports white-label customization (logo and name), hierarchical account management, geofencing, historical trajectory playback, and a range of alerts (SOS, geofence breach, low battery, power-off).
For customers who need to integrate into existing systems, API access and MQTT/HTTP protocols are available.
CUMOND is transparent about the device's limitations. The health sensors provide useful trend data but are not a substitute for medical-grade diagnostic equipment. The IP67 rating protects against immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, but sustained underwater use is outside the design scope. And while 4G Cat.1 provides adequate bandwidth for periodic location and health data uploads, it is not designed for streaming high-definition video or continuous real-time audio.
The W200PG is available for order directly from CUMOND. A proof-of-concept trial program offers qualified enterprise customers three pre-configured units for two-week on-site evaluation. Volume pricing and OEM/ODM customization options are available on request.
