Construction Sites

Workers collect smartwatches, wristbands, ID badges, or helmet trackers at shift start via face recognition or IC card. Devices are returned and charged at shift end. The station manages device assignment, charging, and access control without supervisor intervention.

Mines & Factories

Same workflow — devices issued at entry, returned at exit. The transparent door design allows visual inspection of all 40 slots without opening individual doors. Electronic locks prevent unauthorized removal.

Military & Police Training

Personnel collect wristbands during training exercises. Face recognition or fingerprint identification at the station logs who took which device. Training data (heart rate, location, activity) is associated with the correct individual automatically.

Gyms & Schools

Members or students collect wristbands at entry via face recognition or IC card. Devices track activity, heart rate, and attendance during class or workout. Returned at session end. The station's single-machine mode requires no network — power on and use immediately.

Workflow: Device Check-Out & Return

1. First-time setup: Insert all positioning devices into the 40 slots in sequence. The system maps each device to its physical slot location.

2. User collection:

• Prerequisite: User's face and identity information is pre-registered in the system.

• User approaches the station and completes face recognition via the binocular camera with live-body detection.

• The system announces the assigned slot number via 8W speaker.

• The corresponding slot LED flashes.

• User retrieves the device. At that moment, the user's identity is automatically bound to that device on the platform.

3. End-of-shift return:

• User holds the device near the card reader area.

• The system reads the device and announces the return slot number.

• User inserts the device into the designated slot.

• Identity is unbound. Charging begins automatically.

Charging Status Monitoring

Each slot LED indicates charging status. The system performs continuous self-diagnostics — monitoring each slot for power short circuits, overcurrent, overvoltage, and temperature anomalies. Fault information is logged and reported to the maintenance backend.

Access Control Integration

The smart charging station can connect to site access control systems. Devices are automatically authorized for door access at check-out and deauthorized at return. This integrates device management with physical site security.

Charging Protection

Built-in protection against: leakage current, over/under voltage, over/frequency variation, overcurrent, high/low temperature, grounding faults, and lightning surge. Complies with industrial charging safety requirements. If users build their own centralized charging cabinets, overcurrent and overvoltage protected power supplies with secondary protection circuits are strongly recommended. Reference design notes are available upon request.

WeChat Mini-Program Integration

Users can check device availability, reserve slots, and receive return reminders via the WeChat mini-program on their mobile phones.
