W300 Series All Models
4G · LoRaWAN · UWB · Dual‑band WiFi – One modular platform, 13 configuration options

Why most “safety wearables” don’t survive real job sites
We’ve watched a refinery invest in LTE smartwatches only to discover dead zones inside storage tanks. Another client tried LoRa badges but couldn’t locate workers inside a multi‑story warehouse – no room‑level accuracy. And every time a lone worker falls, the panic button needs a network that actually works. The result? False confidence and real risk.
The W300 series was built to fix this. It’s not a repurposed fitness tracker. It’s a modular industrial platform where you choose the radio – or combine them – for each specific environment.
What makes W300 different from consumer smartwatches
1️⃣ Radio‑flexible architecture
Need wide‑area coverage without cellular bills? Pick W300L (LoRaWAN). Need voice and nationwide LTE? W300G or W300PG (4G Cat1). Need indoor RTLS with 30cm precision? W300GU or W300PGU (UWB + 4G). Need dual‑band WiFi for high‑bandwidth & low interference? W300PGW or W300PLW. All share the same industrial housing, battery, and sensors – so you standardise on one SKU family.
2️⃣ Real fall detection + man‑down timer
Our 3‑axis accelerometer uses dedicated algorithms to detect free‑fall, impact, and motionless state. If a worker collapses or doesn’t move for a configurable period, the watch automatically sends an alert (with GPS coordinates) over the strongest available network. No button press required.
3️⃣ Built for harsh work
IP67 dust/water resistance, 1.2m drop survival on concrete, and a 580mAh or 760mAh battery that lasts a full shift (2‑5 days typical). The display is sunlight‑readable and works with gloves.
4️⃣ Two‑way voice on 4G models
All 4G‑equipped models (W300G, W300PG, W300PGU, W300PGL, W300PGW, W300PW, etc.) include a microphone and speaker. Workers can make emergency calls, and the control centre can listen in if the worker is unable to speak – critical for lone worker scenarios.

* Battery life estimates based on 15‑min location reporting and normal use. UWB active reduces battery by ~40%.
What it is not
This is not a medical‑grade health device. The heart rate and SpO2 sensors provide trend data for safety monitoring, not clinical diagnosis.
UWB models require infrastructure. If you choose W300PGU_Dual or W300PLU_Dual for indoor positioning, you must deploy compatible UWB‑AOA or TDOA base stations.
Battery life varies by configuration. Models with 4G + UWB active simultaneously will require daily charging. LoRaWAN‑only models can last up to 9 days.
Dual‑band WiFi (2.4G + 5.8G) requires a compatible access point. The 5.8G band is not backward compatible with older WiFi routers.

Real deployment: 800 workers at a chemical plant
A chemical manufacturer in Louisiana needed both outdoor geofencing and indoor unit‑level tracking. They deployed 450 W300PG units for outdoor operators (4G voice + long battery) and 350 W300PGU_Dual units for indoor technicians working near reactors and distillation columns. UWB anchors provided 30cm accuracy inside buildings, while 4G handled voice and SOS outside. In the first six months, 12 man‑down events were automatically raised – all with location data. No false alarms from the fall detection algorithm.
Another client, a port operator in Rotterdam, chose 1200 W300L watches for container inspectors. LoRaWAN gateways cover the entire terminal, and each watch reports location every 10 minutes. Batteries last a full work week, and there’s no SIM management or monthly cellular fees.
